We will send an email acknowledging receipt of order shortly after you place your order.

Payment

Visions in Plastics must receive payment in full before any items are despatched.

Delivery

Orders will usually be processed within 2 working days of receipt of order (providing all items are in stock), and will be despatched for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri).

Any items which are out of stock or not a stock item, please contact us for current prices and lead times.

Delivery will only be made to the UK.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to purchase the goods.

Credit/debit cards refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Faulty Goods

Faulty Goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 7 days.
